About the role:
A rewarding opportunity for to provide high quality and professional administration support to join our Allied Health team in Rosny Park.
In this role you will:
- Provide outstanding customer service maintaining friendly, supportive and professional relationships with clients
 - Checking in visitors, contractors and other guests, ensuring OSH guidelines are followed
 - Provide friendly and professional reception switchboard support
 - Ad-hoc Administration duties as required or advised
 
About you:
You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our clients, to support them in their Allied Health journey.
This is the place for you if you have:
- Experience and expertise in managing a busy switchboard and reception
 - Experience in communicating effectively with a diverse range of people, including older people or those who have disabilities
 - Experience in Allied Health, residential aged care or community is strongly preferred
 - Experience in database and finance systems
 - Excellent proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook with keyboard skills of typing of 50 wpm
 - Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions
 - Are committed to being part of a workplace culture based on the BEST way of life (Believe, Excel, Support and Trust)
 
Essentials for working in Aged Care:
- A current Working With Vulnerable People card
 - Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
 - Australian working rights
 - Ability to pass a national police clearance and NDIS Clearance
