About the role:

This position will see you working After-Hours for all of Uniting Agewell’s Home Care and Retirement Living Services. You will be the key contact for clients and play an active role in supporting our Home Care workers and clients maintaining day-to-day service delivery and coordination of client services including: scheduling, rostering, customer service and records management

  • Act as the key contact person for clients requiring service coordination
  • Ensure that client finance information is managed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure that the administrative requirements of the program are maintained in accordance with Departmental and organisational requirements
  • Rostering experience essential
  • Availability: Weekday’s 6am to 8am & 5pm to 10.00pm Weekends 6am to 10pm

  • Experience and Knowledge in Commonwealth Supported & Home Care Packages
  • Previous administrative and rostering/scheduling experience in community services
  • Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast paced environment
  • Experience within the aged care sector
  • Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions

Essential requirements:

  • A current Working With Children's Check card
  • Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
  • Australian working rights
  • Ability to pass a national police clearance
