About the role:

Working out of our office in Launceston this role will see you assist with our intake of home care services. Utilising your astute customer centric skillset, you will work closely with Community Team Leaders and Care Advisors to provide high quality care services to our clients through Eastern Metro region.

You will be the key contact for clients and play an active role in supporting our Care workers maintaining day-to-day service delivery and coordination of client services including: scheduling, intake, records management, monthly reporting and document control.

This is a Fixed Term Full Time role working 76 hours Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, commencing November 2025 - April 2026

About you:

  • Great customer service skills which are friendly and professional and are known for your caring and compassionate nature
  • Experience in Intake processes
  • Previous administrative and rostering/scheduling experience in community services (CHSP/HCP)
  • Experienced with invoice reconciliation 
  • Experience with accounts software and CRM systems 
  • Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience within the aged care sector
  • Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions
  • Are committed to being part of a workplace culture based on the BEST way of life (Believe, Excel, Support and Trust)

  • A current Working With Vulnerable People card
  • Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
  • Australian working rights
  • Ability to pass a national police clearance and NDIS Clearance
