An opportunity for Enrolled Nurses (Med. Endorsed) to flag their interest in joining Uniting AgeWell and to let us know their:

How does a Talent Pool work?
- You express your interest by completing an online application
- There are more questions than an usual application because we want to understand exactly what you're looking for and your availability
- We use all your information to pre-screen your application and 'match' you to possible opportunities as they arise
- We will flag to you any available opportunities that match what you're looking for faster than standard advertising
What are we looking for?
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (Div 2)
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Enrolled Nurse in residential aged care (must have)
- Current Victorian Working With Children Check (Employee version)
- Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
- Australian working rights
- Ability to pass a national police clearance / NDIS clearance
- Demonstrated experience with dementia care and palliative care support (priority)
- Excellence in decision making, critical analysis and on the spot problem solving
- Demonstrated abilities to delegate and prioritise in a fast paced environment with exemplary communication skills in a team and one on one interactions with all levels of care partners
- Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions
- Are committed to being part of a workplace culture based on the BEST way of life (Believe, Excel, Support and Trust)
