About the role:

With a strong focus on enhancing customer wellbeing, as the qualified Physiotherapist you will be responsible for providing focused home based services for older clientele accessing services through their Short Term Restorative Care (STRC) and Support at Home Packages.

Our Allied Health team is a large and supportive team with regular team meetings, clinical supervision and you will have support from our Practice Leads and admin team. This is a great opportunity to work independently but also as part of our multidisciplinary team.

This is a full time Monday to Friday role working out of our Berwick Community Hub. 

About you:

You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our clients, enhancing their self-esteem and empowering them to make choices.

This is the place for you if you:

  • Recognised tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Experience working in the Community Aged Care sector with clients receiving services through their Home Care Package (desirable)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of clinical practice working with a variety of health conditions in older clientele
  • The ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload independently
  • Have full Australian working rights and are able to pass a national police clearance
  • Have a registered car and current drivers license 
  • Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions
  • Are committed to being part of a workplace culture based on the BEST way of life (Believe, Excel, Support and Trust)

  • A current Working With Children Check card / Vulnerable People card
  • Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
  • Australian working rights
  • Ability to pass a national police clearance and NDIS Clearance
