About the role:

As a qualified Physiotherapist, you will be an integral part of our innovative multidisciplinary team, providing both on-site and home-based services. You will play a pivotal role in establishing our new Braybrook Allied Health site in the West Melbourne metro region. Your primary focus will be providing individual and group-based physiotherapy services to older adults, using evidence-based clinical interventions to maximize independence and autonomy.

This is the place for you if you:

• Current registration with AHPRA
• Experience working in the Community Aged Care sector with clients receiving services through their Home Care Package
• Demonstrated knowledge of clinical practice working with a variety of health conditions in 65+ year old clientele
• The ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload independently
• Have full Australian working rights and are able to pass a national police clearance
• Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions
• Experience with running groups, such as neurological condition specific groups and/or GLA:D. We are particularly interested in candidates with skills in Pilates (reformer & floor-based), Yoga, and Tai Chi, and we are willing to support and fund training for suitable candidates in these areas
• • A valid driver's license and access to a car

• A current Working With Children Check card / Vulnerable People card
• Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
• Australian working rights
• Ability to pass a national police clearance and NDIS Clearance
