About the role:
You will deliver centre‑based and home‑based podiatry services in the West Melbourne metro region for clients aged 65+ across a number of funding streams, including Support at Home (SAH) and CHSP. The role focuses on strengths‑based, goal‑directed interventions that support independence. Travel requirements may vary based on service demand and client need across the region.
About You:
You are a podiatrist with strong clinical skills and a client‑centred approach. You are motivated to deliver high‑quality care, value evidence‑based practice, and contribute positively to team culture. You are committed to supporting older adults to achieve their goals and maintain independence
This is the place for you if you:
- Recognised tertiary qualification in Podiatry
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Experience in Community Aged Care or working with older adults
- Knowledge of clinical practice with clients aged 65+
- • Ability to manage an individual caseload independently
- Have full Australian working rights and are able to pass a national police clearance
- Have a valid driver's license and access to a car
- Are committed to being part of a workplace culture based on the BEST way of life (Believe, Excel, Support and Trust)
Essentials for working in Aged Care:
- A current Working With Children Check card / Vulnerable People card
- Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
- Australian working rights
- Ability to pass a national police clearance and NDIS Clearance
