About the Role:

in this flexible casual role, you'll work behind the scenes to ensure smooth roster operations that enable our care teams to deliver excellent services. You'll be part of a supportive team environment where your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be valued and recognised.

Please note: this is a casual relief position, and shifts will vary depending on workforce needs.

With a strong focus on excellent customer service, the Roster Support Officer will be part of a central Workforce Planning Team with a key responsibility to:

• Coordinate the day-to-day scheduling of staff for sites, including sick leave, personal leave and emergency replacement or backfilling requirements
• Maintain master rosters for sites, in accordance with established timeframes, in conjunction with the Planning Manager and Manager on site

About you:

The ideal candidate will have experience in workforce planning, payroll, customer service or rostering, preferably in the aged or health care sectors.

• A current Working With Children Check card / Vulnerable People card
• Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
