About the role:
- Develop, review and maintain policies, procedures and operational documentation across Home Care services

Provide administrative support to quality and governance activities, including audits, meetings and reporting

Research complex topics and translate them into practical resources for a range of audiencesPartner with clinical, quality and governance subject matter experts to capture and document best practice

Create and manage user guides, work instructions, training materials, FAQs and knowledge resourcesMaintain document registers, version control processes and electronic document libraries
This is the place for you if you have:
- Experience developing technical, policy or operational documentation
- Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences
- Strong written communication and editing capability
- Experience maintaining document control and governance processes
- Confidence working with subject matter experts and stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Advanced Microsoft Office and document formatting skills
- Experience supporting compliance, quality or regulated environments, ideally within aged care, health or community services
Essentials for working in Aged Care:
- A current Working With Children’s Check (VIC) or willingness to obtain one
- Full Australian working rights
- A current Police Records Check/NDIS Clearance or be willing to undertake this process
- Current flu and ongoing vaccinations
