About the Role
Based in our Ballarat office, the Care Organiser supports the coordination and intake of home care services within the Grampians Home Care Program. Working closely with Community Team Leaders and Care Advisors, you’ll help ensure high-quality, client-focused care is delivered efficiently and seamlessly.
Your primary focus will be supporting the delivery of Uniting AgeWell’s CHSP and HCP programs through effective scheduling, strong communication, and accurate administration.
Key responsibilities may include:
Providing helpful, professional service to clients, families, staff, and visitors
Scheduling and coordinating care services
Managing client intake and onboarding
Handling client financial information accurately and on time
Maintaining systems for budgeting, invoicing, document control, and reporting
Ensuring compliance with organisational and program requirements
Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday

Experience using client management systems

To be considered for this role, you will need to have (or be willing to obtain):
Working With Children Check (employee version)
Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
