About the Role
Based in our Bendigo office, this role is integral to supporting the intake process for our Commonwealth Supported Home Care Packages services. Leveraging your strong customer-focused skillset, you will collaborate closely with Community Team Leaders and Care Advisors to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients.
You will be the key contact for clients and play an active role maintaining day-to-day service delivery and coordination of client services.
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday
Key responsibilities may include:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and/or their carers to ensure care needs are being provided

Intake & Review

Service plan development and ongoing reviews

Initial engagement with perspective client
-
Annual reviews of existing clients
-
Ensure that client finance information is managed in a timely and accurate manner

Ensure that the administrative requirements of the program are in accordance with Departmental and organisational requirements

We’re looking for someone with:
- Great customer service skills which are friendly and professional and are known for your caring and compassionate nature

Experience in Intake processes

Experience with invoice reconciliation

Experience and knowledge in Commonwealth Supported Home Care Packages

Ability to multi-task across phone calls, emails, and scheduling tasks

A team-first attitude, with the ability to work independently when needed

Experience with accounts software and CRM Systems
