          About the role:

          Play a vital role in keeping quality care on track. Based onsite at our Braybrook Home Care office, this position is ideal for an experienced scheduler who thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment.

          As our Care Organiser – Scheduling, you will coordinate rosters and services to ensure clients receive the right support at the right time. Previous scheduling experience is essential, ideally within a community or home care setting, where your ability to balance priorities, problem‑solve, and communicate effectively will directly support both clients and care teams.

          This is a full‑time, onsite role, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, offering stability, structure, and close collaboration with care and operational teams.

          You will be the key contact for clients and play an active role in supporting our Care workers maintaining day-to-day service delivery and coordination of client services including: scheduling, intake, records management, monthly reporting and document control.

          Responsibilities: 

          • Coordinate and maintain staff rosters to meet client service requirements
          • Schedule and adjust services in response to client needs, leave, and unplanned changes
          • Ensure care services are delivered in line with consumer‑directed care and compliance requirements
          • Communicate effectively with care workers, clients, and internal teams
          • Manage last‑minute changes, cancellations, and urgent service requests
          • Maintain accurate records in scheduling and client management systems
          • Support efficient service delivery while balancing staff availability and client preferences

          About you:

          • Great customer service skills which are friendly and professional and are known for your caring and compassionate nature
          • Previous administrative and rostering/scheduling experience in community services (CHSP/HCP)
          • Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
          • Experience within the aged care sector
          • Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions

          • A current Working With Children Check card 
          • Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
          • Australian working rights
          • Ability to pass a national police clearance and NDIS Clearance
