About the role:

Our Strathdevon team (based in Latrobe) is looking to add a dedicated and passionate Lifestyle Coordinator to lead our lifestyle assistants in the delivery of quality programs for our residents.

Reporting into the Residential Services Manager and Lifestyle Manager; the Lifestyle Coordinator will have a vital role in planning and implementing innovative and inclusive lifestyle programs for all residents to support them to live their BEST life. This rewarding role will see you help to empower our residents - enriching their everyday lives.

You will be responsible for:

  • Planning, designing and the delivery of appropriate and varied lifestyle programs that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Assessments, reviews and ongoing evaluation of the lifestyle program to ensure positive resident outcomes
  • Providing support and guidance to residents, volunteers and staff involved in the delivery of lifestyle programs
  • provide outstanding customer service maintaining friendly, supportive and professional relationships with residents, their relatives and friends
About you:

You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents and clients, to support them to live life to their potential.

This is the place for you if you:

  • Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure 
  • Certificate III in Aged Care
  • Ability to drive a 10 seater bus (desirable) 
  • Have experience and knowledge in residential aged care with a commitment to high standards of care for residents and their families
  • Are known for your caring and compassionate nature
  • Experience as a Personal Care Worker in Aged Care highly regarded
  • Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions
  • A current Working with Vulnerable People card
  • Have Australian working rights and are able to pass a national police clearance
  • Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions

  • A current Working With Vulnerable People card
