About the role:
The People and Culture Coordinator plays a key role in delivering high quality operational, administrative and reporting support across the People and Culture function. Acting as a first point of contact for HR enquiries, the role supports leaders and employees with timely advice, accurate documentation and strong service. You will work closely with P&C Business Partners to support workforce data, compliance monitoring, reporting and change activities. The role contributes to continuous improvement across people processes, systems and reporting, helping shape a positive employee experience. This is an ideal opportunity for someone building a strong foundation in HR within a complex, values-led organisation.
- First point of contact for people and culture enquiries and support
- Workforce data, reporting and insights to support decision making

- Strong stakeholder partnership across residential and community services
This is a full time role, working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Hybrid working options available.
About you:

- A qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline, or relevant experience
- Experience in HR administration, coordination or workforce reporting
- Strong attention to detail and confidence managing data and documentation
- Clear communication skills and a service focused approach
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Understanding of confidentiality, compliance and professional boundaries

Essentials for working in Aged Care:
- A current Working With Children's Check
- Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
- Australian working rights
- Ability to pass a national police clearance
