About the role:
As a qualified Physiotherapist, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our innovative service in the West Melbourne metro region and our new Braybrook Allied Health site. You’ll be responsible for providing focused home-based and on-site services for older clientele (65+) with a variety of health conditions, accessing services through their Home Care Package (HCP).
Our service is built on a foundation of innovation, focusing on clients’ strengths, goal-directed interventions, and maximising independence and autonomy. We aim to redefine how Allied Health is delivered in Community Aged Care. You will be part of a supportive team with regular team meetings, one-to-one clinical supervision, and support from the Clinical Lead.
The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinker, customer-focused, reliable, adaptable, motivated, and committed to the provision of customer-centered care. You’ll have the capacity to work autonomously and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
