About the role:

You will deliver home-based Physiotherapy services in the Mildura region for clients aged 65+ accessing services through their Support at Home (SAH) package. The role focuses on strengths-based, goal-directed interventions that maximise independence.
 
This is an ongoing permanent position. You can choose full-time or a flexible FTE arrangement, including family‑friendly hours and varied working days.
 
You will receive regular one‑to‑one supervision and support from our Practice Lead. You’ll also be supported by a team of physiotherapists, the Allied Health scheduling team, the Operations Manager, and local on-site staff.
 
We provide general support and generous financial reimbursement for professional development to help you build skills in your areas of interest.

 

 
About you:
 

You are a physiotherapist with strong clinical skills, a client-centred approach, and a commitment to continuous learning and best practice. You are motivated to deliver high-quality care, adapt to changing client needs, and contribute to a positive team culture. You value evidence-based practice, seek feedback to improve your work, and are dedicated to supporting older adults to achieve their goals and maintain independence.

 

This is the place for you if you:

  • Recognised tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Experience working in the Community Aged Care sector with clients receiving services through their Home Care Package
  • Demonstrated knowledge of clinical practice working with a variety of health conditions in 65+ year old clientele
  • The ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload independently
  • Have full Australian working rights and are able to pass a national police clearance
  • Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions
  • Are committed to being part of a workplace culture based on the BEST way of life (Believe, Excel, Support and Trust)
  • Graduates need not apply

  • A current Working With Children Check card
  • Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
  • Australian working rights
  • Ability to pass a national police clearance and NDIS Clearance
