About the role:
We seek an experienced Project Manager to drive impactful projects that connect systems and transform the way we deliver care. Use your ESB and integration expertise to deliver innovative solutions that make a real difference.
- Deliver infrastructure and integration projects from initiation to completion
- Apply ESB and integration skills to streamline processes and connect platforms
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and service teams to achieve project goals
- Ensure projects align with digital transformation objectives and organisational strategy
- Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations effectively
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration and purpose-driven work
- Proven experience delivering infrastructure or integration projects
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and system integration principles
- Ability to manage projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, and delivery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and modern integration tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
Essentials for working in Aged Care:
- A current Working With Children Check card
- Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
- Australian working rights
- Ability to pass a national Police clearance/NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
