About the role:
- Manage diaries, emails, and phone calls; prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations; coordinate meetings and take minutes
- Work with the GM ensuring professional and timely preparation for SET and Board Committee meetings including agenda items, papers & reports, minutes and other relevant documents
- following through on action items as appropriate
- Support the General Manager with reports, submissions, and special projects as required
- Organise travel arrangements, accommodation, and catering for meetings and events
- Process invoices, expense reimbursements, and credit card reconciliations
This is the place for you if you have:
- Extensive experience in an Executive Assistant position
- Knowledge of governance processes
- Qualifications and/or experience as an Executive Secretary
- Experience and expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent capacity to relate effectively to a diverse range of people
- Outstanding word processing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Essentials for working in Aged Care:
- A current Working With Children’s Check (VIC) or willingness to obtain one
- Full Australian working rights
- A current Police Records Check/NDIS Clearance or be willing to undertake this process
- Current flu and ongoing vaccinations
