About the role:
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning and sourcing to onboarding talent
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver expert advice on recruitment strategies, market trends, and compliance
- Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines, proactively engaging both active and passive candidate
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in every aspect of recruitment
- Continuously review and enhance recruitment processes to drive efficiency and elevate the candidate experience
This opportunity is an initial 12 month Fixed Term contract, working full time Monday to Friday. Hybrid (Office, site and home) working on offer!
This is the place for you if you have:
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent management, ideally within aged care or a related sector
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both hiring managers and candidates
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with compliance requirements, including Aged Care Quality Standards and mandatory checks
- Experience using ATS/HRIS platforms and leveraging data to improve recruitment outcomes
Essentials for working in Aged Care:
- A current Working With Children’s Check (VIC) or willingness to obtain one
- Full Australian working rights
- A current Police Records Check/NDIS Clearance or be willing to undertake this process
- Current flu and ongoing vaccinations
