About the role:
Join a supportive and growing Allied Health team as a Regional Coordinator, where you'll have significant opportunities to contribute and develop alongside the service. This is a permanent full-time position.
As the Regional Coordinator, you will oversee the daily operations of our Wellness Centre in the Community Hub. This leadership role is crucial for ensuring the smooth integration of clinical services, administrative functions, and client intake processes across onsite, mobile, and virtual care pathways.
You will lead both administrative and Allied Health staff (e.g., Physiotherapists, Occupational therapists etc.) ensuring operational excellence and alignment with clinic goals and KPIs. You'll support the operational needs of clinical staff, promote seamless integration between client care, intake, and service delivery, and contribute to the development and implementation of new systems. You will also be responsible for managing administrative staff working on reception.
Our service is built on a foundation of innovation, focusing on clients’ strengths, goal-directed interventions, and maximising independence and autonomy. We aim to redefine how Allied Health is delivered in Community Aged Care. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive environment, fostering a culture of teamwork to get the best for our clients.
About you:
You are an experienced and confident leader, not new to management roles. You possess excellent operational management skills, committed to continuous improvement and fostering a positive team environment. You are looking to make a significant impact by helping to build and refine new systems from the ground up. You are a great communicator, hands-on, and thrive in an environment focused on collaboration and achieving key performance indicators. You have capability and confidence in utilising technology and systems, and you deeply value the client experience. You also bring an understanding of strategy and commercial outcomes.
