About the role:

Join a supportive and growing Allied Health team as the Regional Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in shaping a high-performing, client-focused service. This is a full-time, on-site position at our purpose-built Braybrook Wellness Centre.

As Regional Coordinator, you’ll lead the operations of the clinic, overseeing day-to-day functions, supporting clinicians to deliver exceptional care, and ensuring service excellence across client intake, scheduling, and administration. This non-clinical leadership role is ideal for someone with strong experience in health or wellness centre operations who is passionate about building efficient systems and a great client experience.

You will lead both administrative and Allied Health staff (e.g., Physiotherapists, Occupational therapists etc.) ensuring operational excellence and alignment with clinic goals and KPIs. You'll support the operational needs of clinical staff, promote seamless integration between client care, intake, and service delivery, and contribute to the development and implementation of new systems. You will also be responsible for managing administrative staff working on reception.

Our service is built on a foundation of innovation, focusing on clients’ strengths, goal-directed interventions, and maximising independence and autonomy. We aim to redefine how Allied Health is delivered in Community Aged Care. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive environment, fostering a culture of teamwork to get the best for our clients.

About you:

You are an experienced and confident leader, not new to management roles. You possess excellent operational management skills, committed to continuous improvement and fostering a positive team environment. You are looking to make a significant impact by helping to build and refine new systems from the ground up. You are a great communicator, hands-on, and thrive in an environment focused on collaboration and achieving key performance indicators. You have capability and confidence in utilising technology and systems, and you deeply value the client experience. You also bring an understanding of strategy and commercial outcomes.

This is the place for you if you have:

  • Experience in clinic operations, healthcare administration, or client service management
  • Proven leadership experience in a non-clinical role, preferably within a healthcare or service-based setting. Applicants would ideally have clinical practice management experience

  • Experience in client service optimisation and intake management
  • Familiarity with client management systems and workflows
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work collaboratively.
