About the role:
- Provide leave relief for Hotel Services Coordinator requirements across services
- Maintain continuity across catering, cleaning, laundry and waste operations
- Lead and support site-based teams while providing temporary relief coverage
- Manage rosters, leave coverage, ordering and day-to-day operational priorities
- Maintain food safety, workplace safety and compliance requirements
- Monitor service quality and address operational issues during placements
- Deliver project-based work and service improvement activities between relief assignments
Your primary locations will be across Hobart however travel throughout Tasmania will be required.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience leading hotel services within aged care, health or hospitality
- Confidence stepping into established teams and providing immediate continuity
- Experience across catering, cleaning, laundry or related service functions
- Proven ability to manage rosters, resources and changing operational priorities
- Practical knowledge of food safety, workplace safety and quality requirements
- Evidence of maintaining service standards through periods of change or absence
- Experience contributing to operational projects or service improvements
- A flexible approach to working across different services and teams
Essentials for working in Aged Care:
- A current Working With Vulnerable People card
- Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
- Australian working rights
- Ability to pass an (or hold a current) NDIS Clearance
