About the role/s:

Transform aged care through cutting-edge technology! Join Uniting AgeWell as a Senior Project Manager, who specializes AlayaCare Implementation with strong hands on experience in delivering digital solutions for how we provide care services to our communities. 
 
• Responsible for the end-to end delivery of the AlayaCare project
• Deliver project to meet scoping, governance, budget, timelines, compliance and satisfaction
• Effectively deliver quality outcomes through collaborative management of stakeholders, vendors and consultants in cross-functional teams 
• Track and report project performance, risks, issues and changes through project lifecycle
• Actively manage contracts / agreements in conjunction with procurement guidelines and policies
• Contribute to continuous improvement of skills, framework and methodologies
• 12 month Fixed term full time position
 
About You:
 
• A leader in AlayaCare implementation with hands on experience as the Senior Project Manager (critical requirement)
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, vendor management and communication skills
• Demonstrated track record in applying Project Management principles, methodologies and tools
• Seamlessly navigate projects with success alongside competing priorities and strict deadlines 
• Ability to positively collaborate, guide and support team operations and working relationships
• Highly motivated, energetic and outcome focused with attention to detail
• Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions
• Are committed to being part of a workplace culture based on the BEST way of life (Believe, Excel, Support and Trust)

  • A current Working With Children Check card
  • Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
  • Australian working rights
  • Ability to pass an NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
