About the role:
As Site Lead, you’ll combine clinical practice with leadership responsibilities to create a thriving, client-centred environment. You’ll work closely with the Team Leader and Practice Leads to:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred Allied Health services
- Lead site-based initiatives including wellness events, community engagement, and digital integration
- Foster multidisciplinary collaboration and a positive team culture
- Support local business development and represent the site in external forums
- Act as a conduit for client feedback and service improvement
- This role is ideal for a clinician ready to step into a leadership position while continuing to provide direct care
About You:
You’re a confident and experienced Allied Health professional! You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our clients, enhancing their self-esteem and empowering them to make choices.
This is the place for you if you:
- Recognised tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Experience working in the Community Aged Care sector with clients receiving services through their Home Care Package
- Demonstrated knowledge of clinical practice working with a variety of health conditions in 65+ year old clientele
- The ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload independently
- Have full Australian working rights and are able to pass a national police clearance
- Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions
- Are committed to being part of a workplace culture based on the BEST way of life (Believe, Excel, Support and Trust)
Essentials for working in Aged Care:
- A current Working With Children Check card
- Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
- Australian working rights
- Ability to pass a national police clearance and NDIS Clearance
