We’re introducing an exciting new role: UKG Systems Administrator. This is your chance to shape how technology supports our growing aged care workforce and make a real difference behind the scenes.
As the UKG Systems Administrator, you’ll be the technical backbone of our time-and-attendance and rostering system. Your expertise will ensure our systems run smoothly, remain compliant, and deliver accurate, timely data that supports thousands of employees and the people they care for.
You’ll work within the Payroll function, reporting directly to the Group Payroll Manager, and supporting our Workforce Planning, and IT teams to keep everything connected and optimised. This is a role for someone who loves detail, thrives on problem-solving, and wants to be part of a forward-thinking organisation that values innovation and collaboration.
What you’ll do:
- Configure UKG to ensure pay rules and rates align with EBAs and Awards
- Maintain rostering logic to meet business requirements and workforce needs
- Support Payroll and Workforce Planning teams with system knowledge and issue resolution
- Collaborate with IT to ensure seamless data flows and system integrations
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise backend configurations for accuracy and efficiency
This is a Full time role working Monday to Friday.

Demonstrated experience in configuration of time and attendance/rostering systems- particularly UKG (Essential)

Demonstrated knowledge of Payroll systems integration (Essential)

Demonstrated knowledge of GL and accounting requirements related to payroll systems (Essential)

Demonstrated knowledge of EBA and Award interpretation

Attention to detail and problem-solving capability

- A current Working With Children card
