          About the role:

          The AI Solutions Lead is responsible for spearheading Uniting AgeWell’s AI transformation, ensuring solutions align with strategic goals and regulatory standards. This role leads the implementation and management of AI initiatives, develops robust governance frameworks, and drives the adoption of AI tools like Copilot across the organisation. 

          • Lead the delivery and management of AI solutions aligned to strategy
          • Develop and implement AI governance frameworks for compliance and trust
          • Build and operationalise AI solutions using Microsoft AI stack and Copilot
          • Drive training and adoption of AI tools across the organisation
          • Engage with stakeholders to identify needs and deliver impactful solutions

          This is a full-time role based at our Head Office in Melbourne's CBD. Hybrid working options available.

          You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents/clients, enhancing their self-esteem and empowering them to make choices.

          This is the place for you if you:
          • Proven experience in delivering AI initiatives in large organisations
          • A strong track record in building and operationalising AI solutions that deliver realisable business value through use of the Microsoft AI stack
          • Detailed understanding of AI governance frameworks
          • Experience in Generative AI and related emerging technologies
          • Hands on experience in the use of Copilot
          • Excellent training, stakeholder management and communication skills
          • Tertiary qualifications in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Data Analytics or a related discipline
          • Python programming experience is highly desirable
