Join Our Team in Mildura – Care Organiser
Are you passionate about supporting older people to live independently in their own homes? Our Loddon Mallee North Home Care team delivers personalised aged care services across Mildura and surrounding communities. We’re currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Organiser to join our Mildura team.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with a 9:00 am start. You’ll play a key role in coordinating and supporting the intake and delivery of home care services. Working closely with Community Team Leaders and Care Advisors, you’ll help ensure services are well-organised, responsive, and focused on what matters most to our clients.

About the Role
As a Care Organiser, your focus will be on delivering high-quality, client-centred care by effectively coordinating services within the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and Home Care Packages (HCP). This role has a particular focus on scheduling care services to ensure clients receive the right support at the right time.
Key responsibilities may include:
Scheduling and coordinating care services to meet individual client needs
Providing professional and helpful service to clients, families, staff, and visitors
Managing client intake and onboarding processes
Handling client financial information accurately and within required timeframes
Maintaining systems for budgeting, invoicing, reporting, and document control
Ensuring compliance with organisational and program guidelines
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
About You
You bring warmth, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to supporting others. You thrive in a busy environment and enjoy playing a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.
We’re looking for someone with:
Friendly, professional customer service skills and a compassionate nature
Experience using client management systems
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task across phone calls, emails, and scheduling tasks
A team-first attitude, with the ability to work independently when needed
