Based in our Swan Hill office, this is a customer-focused role where you will be the first point of contact for clients, families and visitors. Working from reception, you'll provide a warm and professional experience while supporting the day-to-day coordination and administration of our home care services.
You will work closely with the broader team to ensure services are delivered efficiently, client information is maintained accurately, and administrative and financial processes are completed to a high standard.
Duties may include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients, families and visitors
- Managing incoming calls, enquiries and reception activities
- Supporting the coordination of client services and schedules
- Assisting with client onboarding, service changes and reviews
- Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
- Managing client financial information and supporting invoice reconciliation
- Preparing reports and completing administrative tasks in line with organisational and funding requirements
- Liaising with clients, families, staff and external stakeholders
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to support high-quality service delivery
About You
You are organised, approachable and genuinely enjoy helping people. You thrive in a busy environment, enjoy building positive relationships and take pride in providing exceptional customer service.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong customer service skills and a professional, welcoming approach
- Experience in administration, service coordination, reception or customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, families and colleagues
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Confidence using computer systems, databases and Microsoft Office applications
- High attention to detail and accuracy when managing client information and financial records
- Experience with client administration, scheduling, invoicing or service coordination (desirable)
- Experience within aged care, health, community services or a similar customer-focused environment (desirable)
- A commitment to delivering respectful, person-centred service

Essential Requirements
You must have, or be willing to obtain:
- A Victorian Working With Children Check (Employee)
- Current and ongoing flu vaccination
- A National Police Check
- Australian working rights
