About the role:
 
Are you ready to play a key role in shaping the success of our digital programs and projects? We’re looking for a Digital PMO Administrator to join our team and help us deliver initiatives that make a real difference to our people and the communities we serve.

This role is all about supporting the Digital PMO in its day-to-day operations—keeping things running smoothly, ensuring projects stay on track, and helping us maintain the highest standards of governance and reporting. You’ll be the person who brings structure and clarity to complex programs, making sure we deliver on time, on budget, and to scope.

  • Reporting with impact: Prepare timely, accurate reports for committees and stakeholders, ensuring content is clear, correct, and fit for purpose
  • Supporting project leaders: Work closely with project and program managers to track financial performance, schedules, risks, and issues
  • Driving governance: Keep our project templates up to date and continuously improve how we manage projects
  • Keeping us organised: Maintain the Digital PMO Kanban wall so everyone knows what’s happening and what’s next
  • Assurance and improvement: Help define and refine our project assurance framework across the portfolio
  • Capturing lessons learned: Support the Head of Digital PMO in running post-implementation reviews and documenting insights for future success

This is a Fixed Term maternity cover opportunity for 12 months wring full time, Monday - Friday. You will be based at our head office in Melbourne's CBD with hybrid working on offer!

About you:

Essentials for working in Aged Care:

  • A current Working With Children Check card
  • Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
  • Australian working rights
  • Ability to pass a national police clearance
