About the role:

As Food Services Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role within Hotel Services, supporting the delivery of high quality, nutritious and enjoyable meals for residents. Working closely with the Hotel Services Coordinator and Chef, you will lead and coordinate the Food Services team to ensure food safety, compliance and a positive dining experience that respects individual preferences and needs.

• Support the Chef with meal preparation, service standards and menu feedback
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety Programs, OH&S and infection control
• Monitor stock, minimise waste and report issues or risks
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams

About you:
