About you

You are an engaging and experienced manager with demonstrated people leadership experience. You have successfully led teams, managed operational performance, built stakeholder relationships and delivered positive outcomes in a service-based environment.

Experience within aged care, disability, health, community services or similar sectors is highly regarded. However, we welcome applications from experienced leaders across a range of industries who can demonstrate strong people leadership, operational management and stakeholder engagement capability.

What will make you successful?

• Experience leading and developing teams

• Strong people management and workforce planning capability
