Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary team across Home Care and Respite services
  • Create a positive, high-performing culture focused on collaboration, accountability and service excellence
  • Oversee operational performance, workforce planning and resource management to deliver sustainable outcomes
  • Build strong relationships with customers, families, community partners and key stakeholders
  • Drive service improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and team effectiveness
  • Manage budgets, performance targets and service growth opportunities across the region
  • Lead teams through change while maintaining a focus on quality, safety and customer outcomes

No Aged Care Experience? NO PROBLEM!

If you've successfully led teams, managed operations, built strong workplace cultures and delivered outcomes in a service-based environment, we want to hear from you. Bring your experience in people management, stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution and service delivery, and we'll provide the support, training and sector knowledge to help you build your expertise in aged care and thrive in the role.
