About the role:
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate cleaning, catering, laundry, and waste services across the site.
- Maintain compliance records and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Manage ordering systems, supplier relationships, and invoice approvals within financial delegation.
- Develop and maintain rosters, ensuring adequate staffing and skill mix.
- Provide supervision, guidance, and performance reviews for hotel services staff.
- Assist with budget management and reporting.
- Promote person-centred care and excellent customer service aligned with UA values.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, OHS, and infection control standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in hotel services coordination, preferably in aged care or healthcare
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
- Mandatory: Chef qualification (Certificate III or higher in Commercial Cookery or equivalent)
- Knowledge of compliance requirements, food safety, and OHS standards
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Essentials for working in Aged Care:
- A current Working With Children Check card
- Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
- Australian working rights
