About the role:
You will deliver home‑based Occupational Therapy services across the North Melbourne metro region, supporting clients aged 65+ through a range of funding streams, including Support at Home (SAH) and CHSP.
About You:
You are an Occupational Therapist with strong clinical reasoning and a client‑centred approach. You work to evidence‑based standards, adapt well to change, and contribute positively to team culture. You value collaboration, seek feedback, and are committed to supporting older adults to achieve meaningful goals.
This is the place for you if you have:
- Recognised tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Experience in Community Aged Care with HCP/SAH clients
- Knowledge of practice with clients aged 65+
- Ability to manage an individual caseload independently
- Have full Australian working rights and are able to pass a national police clearance
- Have a valid driver's license and access to a car

- A current Working With Children Check card / Vulnerable People card.
