About the role:
This newly created Operations Manager Nursing role will play a key leadership role driving innovative, home and community-based nursing services across Victoria and Tasmania. Leading nursing teams and partnering with senior clinical leaders, you’ll shape high-quality multidisciplinary care that helps older Australians live independently and thrive.
The purpose of this role is to:
- Shape the future of home and community nursing across Victoria and Tasmania, influencing how high-quality care is delivered to older Australians
- Lead and inspire experienced clinical leaders, building a culture of excellence, accountability and professional growth
- Drive innovation and service transformation in a sector undergoing significant reform and opportunity
- Champion clinical governance and quality outcomes, leveraging your nursing expertise and commitment to best practice
- Expand the impact of nursing services, identifying new opportunities for growth, sustainability and community benefit.
- Based in either Victoria (largest cohort of staff) or Tasmania, working full-time Monday-Friday
About you:
You're an accomplished Registered Nurse leader who thrives on influence, innovation and impact. You bring the clinical credibility, operational expertise and leadership capability to shape the future of community-based care.

- A strategic nursing leader with AHPRA registration, tertiary qualifications and a track record of leading complex healthcare or aged care services through growth and change

Essentials for working in Aged Care:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- A current Working With Children Check (VIC) or Vulnerable People (TAS) card
- Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
- Australian working rights
- Ability to pass a national police clearance and NDIS Clearance
