About the role:
Through building and maintaining strong, credible, collaborative relationships throughout the business, lead the design and delivery of organisational development programs and initiatives which enhance our people’s capabilities, drive a culture of high performance and engagement and align our people with the Uniting AgeWell strategic direction and key priorities.
Provide strategic advice and leadership in the planning, implementation, delivery and evaluation of a range of programs and initiatives across the employee life cycle
Be accountable for developing and maintaining quality systems and processes to identify, approve, plan, design, implement and evaluate all OD, learning and engagement activities, including training needs analysis, training plans, effective use of resources, accreditation processes, evaluation, audit and monitoring of all training and development programs
This role is based out of our Melbourne CBD office with a hybrid working model (working onsite, from our head office and from home).

Post graduate qualifications in Organisational Psychology, Human Resources or Education
Demonstrated significant experience in leading an OD and Learning function within a large and complex human services organisation(s)
Experience and expertise in strategic planning, particularly in relation to workforce
Experience and expertise in leading the design, development and implementation of programs and strategies tailored to meet organisational needs and goals
Expertise in organisational development principles, theories and practices and the capacity to adapt and implement these for the benefit of the organisation
Understanding of Human Resource management principles
Sound knowledge and experience in change management
Demonstrable experience in planning, design and implementation of a workforce competency framework and education and training programs, including curriculum development in the context of a competency framework
