About the role:

With a strong focus on enhancing customer wellbeing, as the qualified Physiotherapist you will be responsible for providing focused home based and centre based services for older clientele (65+) accessing services through programs funded by the Support at Home Package, and privately.

Our Allied Health team is a large and supportive team with regular team meetings, clinical supervision and you will have support from our Practice Leads and admin team. This is a great opportunity to work independently but also as part of our multidisciplinary team.

About you:

You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our clients, enhancing their self-esteem and empowering them to make choices.

This is the place for you if you:

  • Recognised tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Experience working in the Community Aged Care sector with clients receiving services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program
  • Demonstrated knowledge of clinical practice working with a variety of health conditions in 65+ year old clientele
  • The ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload independently
  • Have full Australian working rights and are able to pass a national police clearance
  • Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions
  • Are committed to being part of a workplace culture based on the BEST way of life (Believe, Excel, Support and Trust)

  • A current Working With  Vulnerable People card
  • Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
  • Australian working rights
  • Ability to pass a national police clearance and NDIS Clearance
