About the role:
As Practice Advisor – Home Care, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening quality, compliance and practice across our Home Care services in Victoria and Tasmania. Working closely with operational leaders, you will provide practical, hands-on support to ensure services meet regulatory requirements and deliver consistently high-quality, person-centred care. This role blends auditing, coaching and continuous improvement with stakeholder partnership and system enhancement. You will also help services prepare for regulatory reviews while building confident, capable managers who understand and live quality practice.
- Monitoring compliance through audits, risk management and continuous improvement activities
- Supporting Home Care leaders to prepare for and respond to regulatory reviews
- Translating standards and legislation into practical, workable guidance
- Partnering with teams on complaints, feedback and service improvement
- Contributing to organisation-wide practice, governance and quality initiatives
This is a full time role based at our corporate head office in Wesley Place, Melbourne CBD. Hybrid working options available.

- Experience in auditing, quality assurance or governance in health or aged care

- Confidence analysing data, trends and quality insights

- A current Working With Children card
