About the role:
- Lead day-to-day operations of Home Care and Respite services across your region
- Manage and develop a multi-disciplinary workforce to deliver consistent, high-quality care
- Oversee budgets, resources and financial performance against agreed targets
- Ensure client assessment, care planning and service delivery meet best practice standards
- Drive client experience outcomes, including satisfaction, independence and wellbeing measures
- Strengthen compliance, risk management and readiness for audits and accreditation
- Identify growth opportunities, including implementing and expanding fee-for-service models
What You'll Bring:
- Proven leadership experience in aged care, health or community services
- Track record managing multidisciplinary teams in service delivery settings
- Strong financial management capability, including budgets and targets
- Experience delivering client-focused services that improve independence and wellbeing
- Knowledge of aged care standards, compliance and risk management
- Ability to lead service improvement, audits and accreditation readiness
- Experience building team capability and fostering a cohesive culture
- Practical approach to balancing quality care, operational efficiency and growth
- A commitment to being part of a workplace culture based on the BEST way of life (Believe, Excel, Support and Trust)
You will need:
- A current Working With Children’s Check card
- Full Australian working rights
- Current police records check or NDIS check (or be willing to undertake this process)
- Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
