About the role:
 
Based out of our head office in Melbourne, The purpose of the Project Manager is to oversee digital projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role is responsible for driving effective project governance, managing risks and resources, and building strong stakeholder relationships to ensure successful delivery, business readiness, and the realisation of project benefits.
 
In this role, you will:
 
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital and applications projects, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, budget, quality standards, and agreed KPIs.
  • Apply robust project governance, including management of scope, risks, issues, resources, schedules, financials, and change control processes.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to drive engagement, alignment, and successful delivery outcomes.
  • Track, report, and communicate project performance while ensuring business readiness, smooth implementation, and the realisation of intended benefits.

  • Demonstrated experience delivering end‑to‑end digital or applications projects within structured project management frameworks
  • Strong capability in project governance, including scope, risk, issue, financial, and change management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within tight timeframes and budget constraints
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams and vendors
  • Proficiency in project management tools and systems (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Confluence) with strong reporting and documentation skill
