About the role:
Be an integral part of the team at Uniting AgeWell Andrew Kerr Care, offering person centred care to our residents.

Evaluate and update care plans to ensure residents receive appropriate, person-centered care

Maintain a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement

Conduct clinical audits to ensure compliance with policies and best practices
-
Provide hands-on support and guidance to staff on the floor

Complete and coordinate resident admissions, ensuring a smooth and welcoming process
Part time opportunity for shift Tuesday to Friday 0700 - 1500 (30hrs/week) *please ensure this fits any Visa conditions you may have before applying
About you:
You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents to support them to live life to their potential!
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Div 1
- Experienced as a registered nurse in residential aged care/ home care (preferred)

Strong attention to quality and clinical standards

Experience with care planning and auditing processes

Ability to mentor and support care staff

Excellent communication and organizational skills

- A current Working With Children Check employee card
- Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
- Australian working rights
- Ability to pass a national police clearance
